I really don't know what to do at this point. I had my Computer Tech guy a network administrator for a large company check my problem out, he checked all the ports, firewalls and settings, we even disabled the firewall and still it will not work. I tried playing with a friend the other day and even though I had a strong internet connection, I could not join his game and he couldn't join mine. So, seeds 0 15 means you are sharing with none of the 15 people who need what you have, and peers 5 12 means that 5 of the 12 people who have what you need are sharing with you.
