This program is not a long term solution nor is it a lifestyle change. It's still challenging especially now that I'm 11 lbs heavier. Most people who do these type of programs ushally find themselves in the same hole 6 months later after quitting the program. This is my awful personal experience with dealing with Athlean X. I am on week 3 of the Inferno Max Size program. I edited the names and replaced them with initials. I started the program my 12th week into recovery from hernia surgery - I had 3 hernias from work, so that put me out of the gym for about 3 weeks and then I slowly was rehabilitating myself at the gym. Even Athlean X releases several videos a week on various body parts.
I ate super healthy, my body fat went down and I just gained a lot of mass. I have never understood why anyone pays someone for a program or training. His program, from the outside, looks like P90X in that it focuses on a lot of novelty and making quick gains due to neural adaptations rather than building muscle. There are plenty of experienced professsionals who give their advice free of charge. YouTube as well is a valuable source. That srs raised red flags. I've turned a 180 for this program, or else what else can I expect out of it right? The goal is to render speech less intelligible, because intelligible speech is often the most distracting sound in the workplace.
You get out what you put in ultimately. Although they no longer offer the free updates for life, when I foolishly bought the program March 2010 that was one of the selling points they had on the website. It's just a very fun and easy program for the average person to get into and understand. Sorry to chirp in two years late but just so you know Athlean-X is the real deal. There's a lot of great results people are getting.
Then I really needed the help to get me back onto training but the right way. You don't even know who is behind athlean X so how can you prove he was the one responding? Thanks for all you did Jeff. You start with doing just body weight exercises for the first couple of weeks. There is no replacement for hard work, but at the same time I didn't want to work just hard, but smart too and that's where Athlean Xero really delivered what it has promised. Once you stop progressing, vary your routine up. Now I can train safely and not worry about my bum shoulder and lower back injury.
I've looked around the best training programs available, watched tons of utube clips from Jeff and other people and decided to purchase the program. While that is a noble calling and I highly encourage such behavior, these are short term programs designed for people who want to shed some pounds and add a little strength. Jeff Cavaliere of Athlean-X is one of my favorite youtube fitness personalities. I highly encourage every reader and even Jeff because I doubt that Jake had informed him of everything going on between me and his company to read all 4 parts. For those who don't have or want to use native software programs for burning discs, Free Athlean X Training System for Mac, while Free Athlean X Training System, is an effective freeware program.

In my opinion, the staff and how it handles it's customer relations is a huge part of the product experience. Peace hi there, first off don't look at my english for i'am dutch. Maybe not with this company, but perhaps a different company. Each session is strenuous, but with the alarm levels, the workouts are always doable or killer if that's what your thing is. This guy isn't some gym rat that got ripped and sells his merch based on his body.
